Visa monitors and delivers their message with speed and accuracy to their target audience through Event Webcast Webinars.

The Organisation: Visa is a global payments technology company. It facilitates electronic funds transfers throughout the world. Visa provides financial institutions with Visa-branded payment products used to offer debit, credit, prepaid and cash-access programs to their customers.  In 2009, Visa’s global network (known as VisaNet) processed 62 billion transactions with a total volume of $4.4 trillion. Visa has operations across Asia-Pacific, North America, Central and South America, Caribbean, Central, EasternEurope, Africa and the Middle East.

The Problem: Visa’s Risk Department were using emails to contact relevant Risk Departments for all the banks they were involved in processing payments for. This was very time consuming and difficult to monitor whether their audience were reached.

The Solution: CO2 Neutral Conferencing suggested the Event Conferencing service. Visa now have a quarterly call which is sent out from Asia to 60 banks in 15 different countries. This call from Visa, now gives the audience a 45 minute presentation on what is relevant in the market. Using the Audiocast and Webcast service, CO2 Neutral Conferencing were not only able to get the message out quickly but were also able to monitor who attended the call. For those that were unable to attend, a recording could be sent to them to listen to at a convenient time.
